Terms of Service

The service
MarketTrace provides read-only cryptocurrency market statistics: the markettrace.ai website and the MarketTrace agent feed — an MCP server at api.markettrace.ai/mcp that AI agents can connect to. By using either, you agree to these terms.
Not financial advice
Everything MarketTrace serves — numbers, percentiles, historical distributions, derived metrics, and any text describing them — is informational market data only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. Markets carry substantial risk of loss; decisions and their consequences are yours alone.
Data accuracy and availability
Data is derived from public exchange feeds and served with self-declared coverage and freshness, on a best-effort basis, as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Feeds can gap, venues can misreport, and the service can be interrupted or changed at any time.
Fair use
Per-account rate limits apply to the agent feed. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent authentication or limits, or misrepresent MarketTrace data as your own feed. Bulk redistribution of the feed requires our written consent.
Accounts
Agent-feed access uses OAuth sign-in (see the Privacy Policy for what we store). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketTrace is not liable for any losses — including trading losses — arising from use of, reliance on, or unavailability of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes update the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
